No need to follow tithe, their purpose is entirely different, also, for wearing dress, one does not need to see lunar day position. It’s must only for rituals, and certain ceremonies.

When our own sign is Rohini, Pushya or Revati, should we follow the same nakshatras to wear new dress. I have read that own nakshatras are bad for starting a new project/travel/auspicious activities. Please clarify.

constellation lords of rohini,pushya &revati are moon,saturn & mercury respectly
according to astrology.Is there any rationale for such a lordship?
secondly whenever the moon transits under any constellation, the day is said to
govern by that naxatra.Does it mean that it is the only Moon that percolates the
rays emanated from respective constellation? kindly guide.
